Scope

The points below contained in this privacy policy apply to all personal information collected or submitted to Frequentsee.

1. What information do we collect?

Frequentsee collects two different types of information. One type is voluntary information, which you provide, such as registration information for events, membership information, or shipping and billing information. The other type of information Frequentsee collects is user information provided by your computer each time you visit this site, such as IP addresses and browser details. The information that Frequentsee collects helps us to provide information and service to you. We may combine information from other sources with the information that we collect.

2. What does Frequentsee do with the information collected?

Any information that you provide to Frequentsee or that is obtained through this website may be used for ministry purposes. Frequentsee will never sell, rent or lease your personal information to commercial entities. Frequentsee will not disclose your name, address, e-mail address or phone number without your express consent, unless required to by law or if it is necessary to protect your own rights. Frequentsee may offer services to you such as online chats, message boards, or other similar discussion forums. Please be aware that any information you divulge in these areas is deemed public information and is not protected.

3. What are "cookies" and how does Frequentsee use them?

The cookie is sent back to our web server each time you visit our website. Cookies are not computer programs and do not run on a computer as programs do. They cannot gather information or function on their own. They cannot collect any personal information about you or your machine and cannot gather data or information about what you do on the Internet. Cookies merely enable us to provide a more valuable online experience to you. While you can set up your Internet browser to disable cookie technology, we do not recommend that you do this since some parts of this website and our online services may not function properly, or at all. At some point in the future, if Frequentsee decides to offer personalized services to its users, we will use cookies to make that personalization and customization of the Frequentsee website possible. We do not use cookies to obtain any personal information about you before or after you leave the Frequentsee sites.

4. How do other sites connected to Frequentsee affect my privacy protections?

As a courtesy, Frequentsee may provide links to other sites that are neither owned nor controlled by Frequentsee. These third party sites, however, are NOT subject to or bound by the Frequentsee Privacy Policy. Such third party sites may or may not have their own privacy policies and may or may not collect personal information from you or place cookies on your browser. Frequentsee is not responsible for the privacy policies or any information collection practices of these sites or any damages resulting therefrom.

5. What type of security procedures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information?

The security of the information that you provide is very important to us. Consequently, we have taken several measures to protect your information. All transactions involving sensitive information, such as your credit/debit card number and expiration date, are conducted using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection, a SiteGround spam filter and daily backups for the last 7 days. This connection provides increased security to the information as it is transmitted to our website.

Frequentsee reserves the right to change, amend, or restate this policy from time to time. The current version of this policy will supersede any previous version.
